  1. Enrollment and membership in GeoRewards is granted by GeoSearch upon approval of the client’s application.
  2. Points can be earned from products purchased through GeoSearch.
  3. Each point is valid for 24 months from the date earned. Your GeoRewards account reflects only valid points collected during the preceding 24 consecutive months. If a point is not applied toward an Award within 24 months of the date earned, it is deleted from the GeoRewards account balance. GeoSearch reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Client who has earned no points for at least 12 consecutive months and who has no points in their account.
  4. GeoRewards points will not be issued if the name on the order does not match the name and information on the GeoRewards account. GeoRewards points cannot be pooled or combined. Members are limited to one account. Corporations and other entities may not enroll as Members.
  5. The following products and services are ineligible for points in GeoRewards:
    • Non-revenue (free) and service-charged items, unless specifically designated as eligible
    • Sanborn Maps
    • Sales Tax
    • Shipping Fees
  6. Points can only be earned if the name of the person who places the order is the name on the client account, regardless of who purchased or paid for the order. Membership is nontransferable, and identification is required.
  7. Once an Award is issued, GeoSearch is not responsible for and will not replace any Award that was lost, stolen or destroyed.
  8. GeoRewards Awards are not transferable. It is against GeoRewards rules to offer to buy or sell Awards. GeoRewards Awards have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered or bartered. All transactions in the GeoRewards program are subject to review and adjustment by GeoSearch. GeoSearch reserves the right to cancel an account and/or Awards, if misuse or violation of GeoRewards rules is suspected.
  9. GeoRewards Awards may be subject to other restrictions and may not be available for Award on a particular day. Contact GeoSearch Customer Service for restrictions.
  10. In addition to Awards, GeoSearch may from time to time offer “bonus” awards or points, partnership programs or promotional incentives for GeoRewardsMembers, such as product discounts, vacation destinations, gift cards or promotional items. Such temporary offers are not a part of the program’s formal award structure. GeoSearch reserves the right to modify or eliminate such offers at any time. Offers are void where prohibited by law.
  11. Any additional tax liability, if imposed, is the responsibility of the Award or member.
  12. All taxes and or other fees that may be imposed on Awards are the responsibility of the member.
  13. GeoSearch reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this program at any time, with one (1) month notice.
  14. Address and name changes can be made online by accessing My Profile at and editing your secure profile. Requests also can be submitted in writing to GeoSearch, Attention: GeoRewards, 3006 Bee Caves Rd., Suite A-230, Austin, Texas 78746. The written request must contain your signature and account number. Award notification will be mailed to the address of record. GeoRewards Members are responsible for notifying GeoRewards immediately of any change of address.
